The Financial Service Includes Providing Leasing Funding And Managing The Employment Bicycle Service And Providing Customer Service As A Whole To The Subscriber And Employees. The Employment Bicycle Benefit Applies To The Customers Personnel Through Criteria Defined By The Customer. The Number Of People Entitled To The Benefit Is Approximately 900 Employees. The Subscriber Estimates That About 10 % Of The Person Who Is Entitled To The Benefit Will Introduce A Bicycle Benefit. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Order Quantities, But The Person Employed By It Independently Decides To Place An Order According To The Purchase. The Employment Bicycle Is Intended For The Personal Use Of The Employee For Their Home And Work Trips As Well As During Work And Leisure. The Employment Bicycle Benefit Applies To All Ordinary And Electronic Bicycles And The Employee Can Choose What New Or Used Bicycle He Wants (Eg Off-Road, Hybrid, City Or Soil Bicycle). The Maximum Duration Of The Bicycle Package (Bike And Equipment) Is 48 Months. The Price Of The Bicycle Package Takes Into Account The Valid Vat. The Price Of The Bicycle Package May Include The User -Selected Wheelchair Accessories (Eg Fenders And Pedals). If An Employee Chooses A More Expensive Bike Or Wants Accessories That Are Not Included In The Bike Benefit, He Or She Will Be Responsible For The Costs Himself. The Cost Impact Of The Employer On The Employment Bicycle Is Limited To The Service Providers Bicycle Fee (Office And Management Cost). The Employee Himself Is Costly For All Other Costs Related To The Employment Bicycle. The Employee Has The Deductible Of The Insurance, The Cost Of Suspension, The Cost Of Transferring The Contract And The Cost Of Redeeming The Bike, As Well As A Possible Voluntary Maintenance Contract If The Employee Obtains A Voluntary Maintenance Contract. In Addition To The Bike And Equipment, The Leasing Agreement Also Covers Damage And Theft Insurance, As Well As The Maintenance Service At The Level As Required By The Insurance. At The End Of The Leasing Season, The Employee May Redeem The Bike For Himself Or Return It To The Service Provider. If The Employees Employment Ends During The Leasing Season, The Employee May Return Or Redeem The Employment Bike Or Transfer The Bicycle Benefit To The New Employer. The Employee Is Responsible For The Costs Associated With These. The Employee Concludes An Agreement With The Employer For The Introduction Of An Employment Benefit. The Employee May Then Agree On The Implementation Of An Employment Bike With The Service Provider. The Contract With The Employee Is At Least Six (6) Months And At Most 48 Months, But At Most The Duration Of His Contract. The Employees Contract Period May Continue Until The Bicycle Has Been Paid Or Redeemed. On The Basis Of Tendering, The Subscriber Selects One (1) Service Provider For The Contract Period To Be Responsible For Overall Use Of The Employment Bicycle Benefit In The Interior
