Tenders are invited for Supply of False Ceiling Fan, Ceiling Fan, Pedestal Fan, Electric Water Cooler, Bracket Fan, Air Cooler/Room Cooler, Electric / Gas Heater, Water Dispenser. Closing Date: 12-Apr-2025 Terms & Conditions. Tendering will be conducted in Single Stage-Two Envelopes methods i.e. FINANCIAL PROPOSAL and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL separately. The Tender will be conducted with the ratio of 40:60 (TECHNICAL PROPOSAL=40% and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL = 60%) Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained on written request from the office of Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab 10-court street, Lahore latest by 11th April 2025 (Friday) by 11:00 AM against the prescribed fee of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) Non-refundable, on any working day during office hours. Firms should submit a certificate on Rs.200/- stamp paper that the Firm/company has never been declared blacklisted or defaulter by any Government office of Pakistan Bidders shall furnish Bid securtiy / Earnest money @ 5% of total bid value in sahpe of Pay Order / Bank Draft issued by the scheduled bank of pakistan in favour of DDO, Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore which will be submitted before closing of tender physically in the office of Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore. Each successful Firm will furnish a Performance Guarantee in the shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by the schedule bank @ 5% of the contract amount on award of contract in favour of DDO, PEC, Punjab.
