The Subject Of Performance Is Mainly The Following Services: • Complete The Program Of The Main Film Part Of The Festival, Including The Selection And Provision Of License Rights To Screen Documentary Films With Environmental Themes. • Preparation And Organization Of The Accompanying Program Of The Festival, Which May Include Workshops, Discussions, Exhibitions, Concerts And Other Events To Support The Visibility And Attendance Of The Festival. • Ensuring All Organizational Matters Associated With The Course Of The Festival, Including The Selection And Booking Of Suitable Premises For Screening And Accompanying Events, Providing Technical Equipment, Prints, Refreshments And Other Necessary Services. • Providing Year -Round Marketing And Pr Support Of The Festival, Including The Creation And Distribution Of Promotional Materials, Organization Of Press Conferences, Cooperation With The Media And Building Awareness Of The Festival Among The General Public. • Active Search And Establishing A Partnership With The Media, Representatives Of Public, Private And Non -Profit Sector To Obtain Financial And Media Support Of The Festival. • Negotiation And Conclusion Of Licensing Contracts To Projection Rights And Other Use Of Selected Documentary Films Within The Festival, For The Online Platform Of Ivyshoping Or Within The Echo Of The Ecofilm, Including All Legal And Contractual Terms.
