    Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Badwayn and Higlo Shallow Well Rehabilitations in Ainabo Sool Region. Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows: a) BOQ/Quote should be stamped & signed and envelop should be sealed with the reference and must stamped. b) Valid Registration certificates from Somaliland Government c) Tax Clearance Certificate d) Good track-record and references from previous clients (At least three references from the Contractor applying for Tender with verifiable telephone contacts and emails). e) Relevant Experience (Similar experience with proof of signed contract & Submission of POs). The contract must be fully executed by both parties and should clearly specify the contract value along with a detailed description of the services provided. The minimum contract value should be $ 70,000; contracts with lower values will not be considered technically compliant. Only contracts or purchase orders (POs) and commitments that are no older than seven years will be eligible for consideration A minimum of three original contracts is required for eligibility in this bidding process. Eligibility of Applicants: Applicants cannot apply if they: Are not registered companies with governmental authority Are bankrupt or in the process of going bankrupt. Have been convicted for an offense concerning professional conduct. Have been guilty of grave professional misconduct (proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify). Have not fulfilled obligations related to payment of taxes. Are guilty of serious misinterpretation in supplying information. Are in situations of conflict of interest (with prior relationship to project or family or business relationship to parties employed by ALIGHT International).
