The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Close The Dynamic Procurement Arrangement Temporarily. The Actual Procurement Is Made Through Internal Competitive Tenders For The Dynamic Procurement System, Which Describe And Specify The Subject Of The Acquisition.
