Władysław Broniewskiego 21/23, 21/24, 21/25 Electric; 6) Execution Of Works Related To Internal Gas Installation; 7) Execution Of Works Related To Central Heating; 8) Renovation Works; 9) Preparation Of The Basement For Use; 10) Waste Disposal And Utilization. Zakres And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Bill Of Quantities; 2) Stwiorb; 3) Premises; - Published On The Proceedings Page Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) Making The Necessary Arrangements Related To The Implementation Of The Task (E.G. He Is Particularly Responsible For Conducting Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On The Safety And Hygiene Of Work During Construction Works (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 47 Item 401); 4) In The Event Of Damage To Existing Media And Other Existing Elements, The Alignment Of Losses On The Basis Of As -Built Calculation And Losses Resulting From A Lack Of Power Or Transmission, Prepared By The Injured User Or Owner; 5) Maintaining Order During The Implementation Of Works, Systematic Ordering Of Places Of Work And Ordering After Completion Of Works; 6) The Contractor Should Perform All Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Works In Such A Way That Within The Limits Resulting From The Need To Fulfill Contractual Obligations, Do Not Disturb More Than The Necessary Public Order, Access To Use Or Occupation Of Roads, Pavements And Public And Private Squares To And In Areas Belonging To Both The Ordering Party And To Third Parties; 7) The Contractor Should Secure The Contracting Authority Against All Claims, Proceedings, Damages And Costs That May Be A Consequence Of Non -Compliance With The Above Decision; 8) The Contractor Should Secure Access Roads To The Construction Site From Damage Through Traffic Related To The Activities Of The Contractor And Subcontractors, Selecting The Routes And Using Vehicles So That The Special Traffic Related To The Transport Of Materials, Equipment And Equipment Of The Contractor To The Construction Site Is Limited To A Minimum And So As Not To Cause Damage To These Roads; 9) The Contractor Should Secure And Repent To The Employer All Claims That May Be Directed Directly Against The Contracting Authority And Undertake Negotiations And Pay Claims That Will Result From The Damage; 10) The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Request Of The Employer, To Participate In Meetings And Other Activities During The Imple
