1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of The Project Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza For The Area Of ​​The Error Estate (Based On The Resolution Initiating No. Iv/80/2024 Of The City Council In Dąbrowa Górnicza Of September 18, 2024) On The Principles And Within The Dates Specified In: - The Draft Contract - Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz; To The Contract;- Guidelines To The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Field Of Vector And Raster Data Formats- Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract;- Personal Data Entrustment Agreement- According To The Template Constituting Annex 3 To The Agreement;- Offer Form, In Accordance With The Template, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical And Urban Knowledge, Applicable Law, Including In Particular:- The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act;- Act Of 9 June 2011 Geological And Mining Law;- Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Plan Spatial Development; - The Act Of 3 October 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments;- Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Contracting Authority During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development;- Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments Of Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 3. The Form Of Study, Method Of Performance And Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Contract Together With Its Attachments. 4. The Contractor, When The Work Is Transferred (I.E. All Required Studies Made As Part Of The Order) And As Part Of The Remuneration For The Subject Of The Contract, Will Transfer To The Contracting Authority The Authors Property Rights To Work, In Full And Exclusively, As Well As The Property Of Media On Which The Work Was Recorded And Transferred To The Ordering Party. The Transfer Of Rights Will Not Be Limited Either Temporarily Or Territorial. 5. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract - 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt By The Contracting Authority Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Final Form, And In The Absence Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Final Form From The Date Of Completion Of The Contract.
