The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On Technical Documentation Developed By Michał Boroń Design Studio Kwadrat Consisting In Renovation Together With The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Internal Gas Installation Of The Former Building Of The Commune Office In Mircu Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Located On The Plot No. 2621 At Ul. Jasmine In Mircu. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Functional Renewal Of The Historic Building From 1922 In The Center Of Mirca And Consists Of: • Replacement Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Along With The Construction Of Floors And Suspended Ceilings • Replacement Of The Door In The Outer Walls • Replacement Of The Floor On The Ground • Extection Of Internal Doors • Demolition With Reproduction Of Partition Walls On The 1St Floor Of The Building Ground Floor • Removal Of Cracked Plasters, Reproducing Plasters And Making Smokes On The Internal Walls • Liating The Walls With Ceramic Tiles • Painting Internal Walls • Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of Sanitary Supplies • Cleaning, Rubbing And Possible Reconstruction Of Ventilation Channels, • Reconstruction And Extension Of Gas Installations On The Ground Floor In The Boiler Room, Pom. Communication And On The Building Facade. Devices Of This Year Sanitary, Overvoltage. • Delivery And Installation Of Sliding Shelves. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Project Documentation Constituting Annex 9 To Swz - Technical Documentation. Note: The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include: • Insulation Of External Walls • Execution Of The Missing Fragment Of The Building Band From The Northwestern Side • Replacement Of Windows In The Outer Walls2). The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Indirect Terms Resulting From The Schedule Agreed With The Employer Before Signing The Contract. Failure To Meet The Indirect Terms Of The Implementation Of Works Of Works Resulting From The Agreed Material And Financial Schedule Will Result In Calculating Contractual Penalties On The Terms Set Out In The Contract Template (Annex 8 To Swz).
