The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Thermomodernization Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Gozdnica. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be:- Strengthen The Walls By Repairing Cracks And Installation Of Anchors According To The Detailed Drawing;- Repair And Covering Of The Roofing Roof With Insulation,- Replacement Of Gaskets In The Window Joinery,- Insulate The Foundations,- Replace The External Doors,- Make Insulation Of External Walls With Foamed Polystyrene,- Performing A Central Heating Installation With A Pressure In Existing. Thermal Node (Scope Of Work Does Not Apply To Dhw),- Installation Of Heat Pumps (Air Conditioners),- Implementation Of An Electrical Installation With Internal Lighting And Min. 4 Led Luminaires On The Facade Of The Building For External Lighting, - Expanding The Existing Solar Installation, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Design Constituting Annex 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Functioning Facility, So The Work Schedule Should Be Planned So That The Works Do Not Interfere With Kindergarten Classes. It Is Preferred To Concentrate Work For The Holiday Period, I.E. July-August 2025.
