The Scope Of This Order Includes: - Disassembly Of Lightning Protection, Gutters, Machining, Ventilation Pipes And Existing Roofing, - Demolition Of The Sealing, Layers Of Expanded Clay And Polystyrene, - Performing A New Anti -Vegetable And Thermal Insulation, - Roofing Of Nro Asphalt Roofing And Insulating Coating, - New Machining Glowing, - Execution Of A New Lightning Protection Installation, - Renovation Of Chimneys And Chimney Hats, - Installation Of Roof Hatches. 3. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Secure The Place Of Work In Such A Way That It Does Not Pose A Threat To The Health And Life Of People Staying At The School, Because The Facility Will Be Open During The Works. 4. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.5 Act. In The Case Of Specification In The Technical Documentation, In Particular Constituting Annex 2 And Annex 2A To This Swz, The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating The Technology, Manufacturer, Own Names, Trademarks Or Origin Of Equipment And Materials, Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Informs That They Are Only A Helpful Character For Basic Specification. Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions While Maintaining The Same Technical, Technological, Qualitative And Functional Standards. Equivalent Products Should Be Understood As Devices And Materials With No Worse Technical Parameters And The Same Functional Features As The Specified Specific Product Or Origin. The Use Of Equivalent Products In No Way Can Affect The Proper Functioning Of Technical Solutions. The List Of Equivalent Solutions Or Devices Used By The Contractor Must Be Attached To The Offer If This Situation Occurs. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries, Services Or Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer.
