Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery Of Teaching Aids To The Primary School In Sarzyn1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids According To The Attached Specification. The Task Of The Task Includes The Supply: A) Teaching Aids To Conduct Lessons According To The Assumptions Of Maria Montessori Pedagogy, B) Teaching Aid To Conduct Ecological Projects, C) Teaching Assistance To Conducting Digital Mathematics Classes, D) Teaching Aid To Conduct Coding Classes, E) Help, E) Help Didactic To Conduct Classes Using Grabowski Cards. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In The Attached Specification. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements And Be Consistent With:- Polish Standards Transferring European Harmonized Standards, Health And Safety Regulations,- Provisions Contained In Swz And The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 3 To Swz,- Declaration Of Conformity Ce (Conformité Europénne). 3. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 4. The Contractor Should Provide Experienced And Qualified Persons Capable Of Conducting All Entrusted Tasks To Fulfill His Obligations (Also Applies To The Training On Service Of Equipment), In Accordance With Applicable Law And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Relevant Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, Determining The Correct Processing Of The Order. 5. The Quality Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Employer As One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Requires That During The Warranty And Warranty All Repairs Or Replacements, Covered By The Warranty Or Warranty, Were Made As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear Any Costs Related To Repairs Or Replacement. Minimum Required Warranty Period - 3 Years (36 Months). 6. In The Case Of A Complaint Of Poor Quality Of The Delivered Goods Or Non -Compliance Of The Goods With The Order Or With Swz, The Employer Requests As Part Of The Guarantee Of Replacing The Goods With A New One - Corresponding To The Parameters Described In Swz.7. In The Case Of Late Delivery Or Lack Of Delivery Due To The Contractors Fault Or Failure To Comply With The Contractor From The Provisions Of Point 6, The Contracting Authority Will Order The Goods From Another Supplier, And The Contractor Will Be Charged With Costs.
