Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Endoscope/Colonoscope/Bronchoscope Operation Suite Equipment COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the standard bidding documents (SBD) from the office of the head of procurement, federal teaching hospital, katsina, between the hours of 9am to 4pm daily (Monday to Friday) upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira only (N10, 000.00) per lot, paid into the federal teaching hospital katsinas TSA in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria 50. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as technical bid and financial bid. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the chief medical director, Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina, murtala Muhammad way, p.m.b 2121, katsina. The sealed envelope should be marked with the name of the project and the lot number. The reverse side of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the designated tender box in the office of the chief medical director not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 14th April, 2025. 51. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 14th April 2025, in the conference hall of the Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina, katsina in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened, prospective bidders should ensure they sign the bid submission register in the office of the chief medical director, federal teaching hospital katsina, katsina as the hospital will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
