Request for proposals for Travel Agents for Air Tickets and Other Services Scope of Services The chosen travel agent will be expected to provide timely, accurate, and professional services with a dedicated team available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on regular working days. Additionally, the agent must ensure that a team is available during off-hours, weekends, and public holidays to handle urgent travel requirements.
