The City Of Turku City Environment Project Planning And Skill Structures Unit Requests A Total Price Offer For The Linnaniemi Coastal Wall/Pier. The Winning Proposal For The Three Pieces Of The Linnanniemi Idea Competition, Organized In 2020, States The Continuation Of The Linnanpuisto Park Until The Beach. The Development Work Of The Linnanpuisto Park Will Continue By Organizing A Landscape Architecture Competition During The Spring 2025, After Which The Customers Current Goal Is To Continue Planning To Implement The Park. The Area Of History And The Museum Of Future To The West Of Linnanpuisto Is Also Designed To Reach The Beach. The Acquisition Applies To Project Preparation Structural Technology In The Industry Structure Technology: Beach Docks, Coastal Walls, Noise Barriers, Retaining Walls, Etc. A Special Inspection Of The Linnanniemi Beach Dock And The Structures Related To The Beach Dock Will Be Produced To Explore The Current State Of Concrete And Steel Structures And The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Structures. The Content Of The Work Is To Provide A Special Inspection Of The Load-Bearing Capacity Calculation Based On The Research Of Concrete And Steel Structures, As Well As An Estimate Of The Remaining Service Life And An Estimate Of The Possible Repair Of The Structure. The Job Of The Invitation To Tender Does Not Include Underwater Work Or Work Requiring Excavation. However, It Is Possible For The Client To Demonstrate The Extension Of The Research Work To The Observations Of Underwater Dive Work Or Sampling And Research Work On Test Well. The Consultant Providing Inspection Work Does Not Require A Dive Job, But The Subscriber Produces The Necessary Dive Work At The Expense. It Is Possible To Extend The Work To The Preparation Of Different Load Cases, But The Decision To Expand Will Be Made After The First Results Are Received. The Results Of The Special Inspection Are Used As A Starting Point For Planning The Operation Of The Plan Project And Implementing The Follow -Up Plans. The Subscriber Does Not Publicly Dispose Of The Structural Drawings Of The Inspection Area. The Tenderer May Request Drawings In Writing At Benjamin.Ward@Turku.Fi. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Disclose The Material To A Non -Established Operator Of The Industry. If The Tenderer Has Not Requested The Material, He Will Not Later Rely On The Matters That Would Have Been Resolved By The Material. The Work Is Done As A Total Price, Which Includes All Costs.
