A List Of Previous Experience And/Or Clients Relevant To This Consultancy. At Least One Sample Of A Similar Conducted Study (Report). At Least Two References From Similar Assignments. A Copy Of A Newly Issued Juridical Record For Nationals. A Copy Of Id Or Passport. 2. Financial Proposal ConsultantS Fees And Costs The Consultant Should Indicate A Professional Rate Per Deliverable Outlined In The Table Below, Including All Costs To Be Invoiced To Tdh, With An Estimated Total Cost.
