The Purpose Of This Contract Is Framed Within The Powers Conferred To This Building Entity As Provided In Articles 3 Letter F And 4 Letter B Of The Dfl No. 1 Of The Ministry Of Interior That, Sets The Consolidated, Coordinated And Systematized Text Of Law No. 18.695, Constitutional Organic Of Municipalities. This Contracting Will Be Framed Within An Environmental Policy Which Is Executed Through Agreements, Which Are Already In Operation Within The Commune, So That The Contracted Services Must Coexist With These In The Best Possible Way, Allowing Even, The Cope With Eventual Failures Derived From The Breach Of Said Agreements, Thus Avoiding A Damage Of Health And Environmental Order To Our Neighbors. Because Of The Above, This Tender Considers To Hire The Operation Of The Recycling Points Of The Commune, Considering The Mountain Center, Ensuring Proper Functioning Of The Clean Point Collection Center Located In Raúl Labbé No. 12,099, And Those Distributed Throughout The Territory Of The Commune Of Lo Barnechea As Detailed In The Technical Bases, In Addition To The Additional Services Of A Complementary Nature In Accordance With The Number Of Allowed Technical Bases, Which Are Indispensable To Ensure The Correct And Effective Operation Of Recycling Points, Avoiding The Concentration Of Elements That Eventually Imply Risks To Public Health Through Their Timely Disposition And Promotion Of Consciousness And Environmental Protection For Our Neighbors.
