Tenders are invited for Laying of Infilling Work for Water Distribution at Jaffna City Area - Phase 1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on a business Letter Head to the Project Director (JKWSSP), NWSDB, Old Park Road, Cbundukkuli, Jaffna, from 09:00 hours to 15:00 hours 011 normal working days. The bidding document shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of LKR. 60,000.00 plus applicable VAT in cash (inclusive of VAT) or Bank Draft in favor of National Water Supply and Drainage Board. A Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at Project Directors office (JKWSSP), Old Park Road, Chundukkuli, Jaffna 011 04/04/2025 at 9.00 A.M. After the meeting, a site visit will be conducted to the Jaffna city area. Bids shall be delivered to the Project Directors office, NWSDB Old Park Road, Chundukkuli, Jaffna, at or before 10.00 hrs 011 30/04/2025 together with a Bid Security in the amount of LKR 2,793,000.00 and other details specified in the Bidding Document (Data Sheet). The Jaffna - Kilinochchi Water Supply and Sanitation Project (JKWSSP) will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation, attending site visit, pre-bid meeting and delivery of bids.
