Quotation are invited for Technical Consulting Services Pre-FS for Maldives: Uthuru-Thilafalhu-Thilafushi Link. Opportunity Amount 500 - 150,000 USD Respond By Apr 9, 2025, 10:29 AM GMT+05:30 Decision Deadline Apr 16, 2025, 10:29 AM GMT+05:30 Description: The Uthuru-Thilafalhu-Thilafushi Link (Project) is planned as a 4.32 km link (2.6 km navigation bridges and 1.72 km at-grade roads) traversing Thilafushi, Giraavaru-Falhu, and Uthuru-Thilafalhu islands in the North Malé atoll of the Maldives. The assigned consultant (Consultant) shall prepare a Pre-Feasibility Study to obtain preliminary insights on the Projects economic, financial, and technical viability, as well as its environmental and social sustainability. The Consultant is expected to start in Q2 of 2025 and complete the assignment within 6 months. The Consultant will be procured on a lump sum basis (payment against milestones) with a cost estimate of up to USD150,000.
