The Acquisition Focuses On Various Wood Care Work For The Years 2025-2027 (Options For 2028 And 2029) At The Helsinki Parish Union, In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. Items Include Churches (36), Parish Facilities (Approx. 20), Camp Centers (4) And Cemeteries (6). Comparison Of Offers Is Used As A Selection Basis Because The Essential Quality Issues Have Been Comprehensively Taken Into Account In Determining The Subject Of The Acquisition And The Minimum Procurement The Entry Into Force In The Autumn Of 2025. The Subscriber Will Try To Obtain Services Under This Framework Agreement Primarily From Their Framework Contract Partners. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Predetermined Purchases Or Obligations On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Request Tenders And To Subscribe To Other Actors During The Contract Period In Special Situations, Such As Part Of The Larger Acquisition, Whereby It Is Justified To Order The Entire Work From The Same Actor. In A Direct Selection Of Supplier, The Subscriber May Submit An Assignment To The Supplier He Or She Is Most Suitable. The Subscriber May Also Make A Reduced Tendering For Assignments Below The National Threshold, At Their Discretion. Reduced Tendering May Be Arranged Between The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement And Its Selection Is Based On The Cheapest Price. A Contract Or Contract -Specific Contract Can Only Be Concluded During The Term Of The Framework Contract. The Assignments Based On Framework Arrangements Are Implemented In Accordance With The Schedule Decided By The Helsinki Parish Union And May Not Be Distributed Evenly Over The Contract Period. The Customers Assignments Will Be Sent To The Supplier Via Email. The Terms Of The Framework Agreement Shall Be Complied With Unless The Client And The Supplier Have Explicitly Agreed In The Assignment Or Contractual Contract. However, The Subscriber Cannot Significantly Differ In The Framework Agreement. The Total Value Of The Subscriber Is Approximately Eur 200,000 (Vat 0 %), Including Possible Option Years. Any Compensation For A Wood Material For The Subscriber Will Be Agreed Separately Before The Work Begins. Purchases Are Carried Out During The Contract Period Within The Framework Of The Appropriations And, As Necessary, And Does Not Commit To Certain Acquisitions. This Procurement May Provide Either One Or Both Areas, And The Supplier May Be Selected As A Supply For One Or Both Areas.
