1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Pleśna Commune, For The Entire Area Of ​​The Pleśna Commune Within Its Administrative Borders - Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan In The Manner And Within The Time Limits Specified In The Schedule Of Works Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract Template. 2. Due To The Local Plan Of The Entire Commune, It Is Allowed To Prepare And Adopt A Plan In Stages For The Areas Of Individual Towns Or Their Separate Parts. 3. Area And Scope Covered By The Plan In Accordance With Resolution No. Xii/86/25 Of The Pleśna Commune Council Of March 14, 2025, The Total Area Of Municipalities 8305 Ha, Including: 2773 Ha Forests And 500 Ha Of Lands Covered By Landslides. 4.
