The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Comprehensive Project Documentation, Obtaining The Applicable Arrangements And Permits Required By Law, And On Their Basis The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Thermomodernization Of The Building Constituting The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center Consisting In The Implementation Of The Following Modernization Works: The Building Of The Municipal Social Assistance Center (E) - Ul. Szkolna 3, 11-513 Miłki:  Replacement Of Elements Of The Wooden Roof Structure As Needed;  Replacement Of The Roof Sheathing;  Performing Glowing And Lightning Protection;  Roof Insulation Of The Flat Roof;  Modernization Of The Co/Cw Installation (Including Replacement Of Radiators);  Modernization Of Electrical Installation; _ Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery (External);  Building Insulation Of The Building (Foundations, Walls)  Execution Of An Energy Audit Before Thermomodernization And After Thermomodernization. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance In The Design And Build Scope Of Work And Works: 1. Multi -Branch Design Documentation (In 3 Copies - Construction Design And Executive Projects) For The Implementation Of The Thermomodernization Of The Gops Building; 2. Obtaining All Necessary Maps For Design Purposes, Conditions, Arrangements; 3. Conducting All Other Necessary Administrative Procedures Completed By Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required); 4. Handing Over To The Employer 3 Copies Of The Agreed And Accepted Technical Documentation; 5. Comprehensive Implementation Of Thermomodernization Works; 6. Conducting Control Measurements, Carrying Out Installation Tests, Starting And Adjusting The Installation (Regarding Central Heating Installation); 7. Users Training; 8. Preparation And Transfer To The Employer 3 Copies Of As -Built Documentation, User Manual And Maintenance And A Set Of Warranty Cards. 9. Recreation Of The Condition Before The Start Of The Robot (I.E. E.G. Backfilling Of Holes In The Ground And Restoring The Outer Surface; Restoration Of Greenery; Tidying The Area; Other); 10. Making Possible Modifications Of Assumptions Only In Consultation With The Investor, If It Leads To Better Use Of Technical Possibilities Created By The Device Planned For Assembly; 11. Carrying Out Checks, Performance Attempts, Starting And Adjusting The Installation; 12. Coordination Of Activities Related To The Procedure For Connecting New Installations To Heat Sources13.
