The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Performance Of Task 1, Consisting In: A) Developing Multi -Branch Design Documentation For The Construction Of The School Dormitory Along With The Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure With Adaptation To The Existing Road System, With Obtaining A Set Of Arrangements, Opinions, Deviations Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law And The Decisions Required By The Law Necessary To Implement The Investment, All Design Documentation, All Design Documentation, All Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. Industries, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investor And Offer Cost Estimates, Implementation Of Geodetic Works And Preparation Of The Application, Submitting And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Employer, The Final Decision On The Building Permit; B) Preparing, In Consultation With The Employer, A Construction Site Development Project Aimed At Minimizing The Degradation Of Agricultural Areas, With Particular Emphasis On Agricultural Use Of Class Iii B And Protection Of Landscape And Cultural Heritage (On Plot 162 There Are Archaeological Sites), 2) Execution Of Task 2 Consisting In: A) Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The First Stage Of The First Stage Of Schools To The State Of Turnkey Finish, Referred To In Para. 4, B) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment, I.E. In The Period From The Date Of The Contracting Authoritys Submission Of The Construction Area Until The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of Works By Investors And Contracting Authority.
