1. The Scope Of The Order Will Include: 1.1. Execution Of An Inventory Of An Existing Bridge Object; 1.2. Execution Of An Inventory Of The Existing Stand; 1.3. Execution Of The Demolition Project Of The Existing Bridge Facility And Obtaining All Decisions And Permits Necessary To Demolish The Object; 1.4. Obtaining A Situational And Altitude Map For Design Purposes (A Copy Should Be Transferred To The Ordering Party); 1.5. Making A Multi -Branch Concept (In 3 Variants) Of A New Bridge Facility With A Road System (Including Bicycle Path And Double -Sided Pavement), The Concepts Are To Be Varied In Terms Of Adopting The Bridge Structure And The Method Of Its Foundation, The Developed Concepts Should Include A List Of Costs And Benefits For Each Variant; 1.6. The Implementation Of A Multi -Branch Construction Project Covering The Scope Referred To In Art. 34 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law; 1.7. Multi -Branch Performance: Executive Design, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiors, And Information On Safety And Health Protection To The Extent In Accordance With The Content Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Functional And Utility Program. 1.8. Performing Projects For Removing Collisions With Existing Networks Along With Obtaining Technical Conditions (During The Existing Bridge, Gas, Electricity, Water Supply, Telecommunications) Networks Have Been Ordered); 1.9. Execution Of A Temporary Traffic Organization For The Time Of Building A New Bridge Facility With A Road System; 1.10. Execution Of The Target Traffic Organization Project Along With Its Approval By The Competent Authority; 1.11. Development Of Investor Cost Estimates (For Each Industry); 1.12. Development Of Environmental, Water-Legal, Geological Documentation Together With Obtaining Administrative Decisions/Permits (If Required, And If Any Of The Decisions/Permits Imposes The Obligation To Perform Additional Activities/Devices, They Should Be Taken Into Account In The Performed Design And Cost Documentation); 1.13. Decisions, Opinions, Checks, Conditions For Agreement And Approval Of Project Documentation Required By Law, Including Environmental Protection, Agreeing With The Employer, Agreeing The Project With Network Gestors And Other Required To Obtain A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid); 1.14. Performance Of The Necessary Formal And Legal Actions Aimed At Signing The Contract By The Employer Of The Use Of Land Covered With Water; 1.15. Development Of Answers To Any Questions Of Contractors At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Works Covered By Documentation Being The Subject Of This Contract, Without A Separate Contract And Remuneration, To The Written Call Of The Ordering Party. 2.
