1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Annex 3 To This Swz And Includes, Among Others, Articles: Milk, Cream, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Yogurt, Dairy Desserts, Etc. Approvals,- Marking, Among Others The Date Of Minimum Durability And Shelf Life,- Appropriate Way Of Transporting Goods- Maintaining Transport Separation,- The Assortment Provided Must Be Devoid Of Physical And Biochemical Damage To Reducing Its Utility Value,- Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. 3. All Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical, Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, They Cannot Bear The Signs Of Use And Must Be Full -Fledged, I.E. Without Deformations, Mechanically Undamaged And Complete. 4. The Supplied Products Must Be Packed In Original Packaging With The Name Of The Manufacturer/ Importer/ Distributor And Indicate The Shelf Life. 5. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Ordered And Provided Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract. Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Amount Is 60% Of The Gross Contract Value. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract With A Specialist Transport Adapted For Food Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
