1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A General Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) Hereinafter Referred To As The Pizp Act, And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 And 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023 As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: 1) Analyzing The Output Material, Including In Particular The Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Requests For A Change In Spatial Planning, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage, Etc.); 2) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications And Announcements: About Starting To Develop A Plan, About Accession To Social Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Messages Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Statements Of The Opinion And Cooperation And Cooperation In Conducting Procedures And Planning Work Documentation; 3) Preparation Based On The Output Material Of The General Plan In Electronic Version (In The Form Of A Gml File) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act; 4) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain The Required Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; 5) Introducing Any Changes Arising From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure, If Necessary, If Necessary, If Necessary, If Necessary, It Is Necessary To Prepare The Content Of The Complaints To The Provisions; 6) In The Press Of The Required Ads And Incurring Costs In The Press Publications; 7) Physical Participation In: Working Meetings With Employees Of The City Hall In Szklarska Poręba And With Councilors Of The City Council In Szklarska Poręba (Depending On The Needs, But Not Less Than Once A Month), Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparing Survey And Geoaniet Comments, Running A Consultation Point (Way, Place And Date Set To The Employer) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Plan Of The Plan As Part Of The Public Consultations, Including Explaining To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); 8) Preparation (In Consultation With The Employer) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoankiet, Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure In The Procedure For Making A Plan, A Specified Page 6 In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Above -Mentioned Pizp Act, Including In Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Pizp Act, 9) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Participation), During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission (Physical Pa
