1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Energy Audits In Households And Energy Poor In The Teresin Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Mazovia Without Smog. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of 100 To 150 Energy Audits In Single -Family Buildings Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 3. Energy Audit Referred To In Para. 2 Is To Contain, In Particular: 1) Analysis Of The Current Technical Condition Of The Building, Including Thermal Insulation, Heating And Ventilation System; 2) Assessment Of Energy Consumption In The Building And Indicating Possible Savings; 3) Recommendations Regarding Thermomodernization, Exchange Of Heat Sources And Other Activities Improving Energy Efficiency; 4) Audit Results: Proposed Activities And Cost Estimation And Savings .4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Energy Audits In Accordance With The Principles Of Environmental Protection, With Applicable Standards, With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge Using Modern Solutions Rationalizing The Costs Of Construction And Operation, And In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Currently Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, I.E. In Particular, In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 17 March 2009 On A Detailed Scope And Forms Energy Audit And Part Of The Renovation Audit, Audit Card Templates, As Well As An Algorithm For Assessing The Profitability Of A Thermomodernization Project, 2) By The Act Of 29 August 2014 On The Energy Characteristics Of Buildings, 3) By The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, 4) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions, Which The Technical Conditions Should Be Met By Buildings.
