Tenders are invited for Fabrication of Galvanized Iron (Gl) Ducts for Mvac System in Block 01, Block 02 & Block 03 Ofthe Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla, and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 24*^* March 2025 until OS^1 April 2025 from 09001irs to lOOOlirs during working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 24**1 March 2025 until 08 April 2025 from 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 3,500.00). The method of payment will be in Cash in favour of The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. Bids shall be delivered to the address below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed in the below address at or before 1000 hrs on 09th April 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 1100 hrs on 28th March 2025 at the site of Defence Headquarters Complex Project at Akuregoda. Bids shall be valid up to 09 July 2025. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand only (LKR 495,000.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or an agency acceptable to the Employer.
