Expression of Interest for Preparation of a Detailed Development Plan for Epe Development Scheme (Phase 1) & Preparation of a Detailed Layout Plan for Identified Areas within Ito Omu and Oni Communities Project Area SCOPE OF WORK A. PREPARATION OF DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR EPE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME (PHASE 1). The successful Consultants are expected to fully deliver the plan taking into consideration the scope of work as indicated below: (i) Reconnaissance (ii) Data Revalidation (iii) SWOT Analysis (iv) Topographical Analysis (v) Geological Analysis (vi) Socio-Economic Analysis (vii) Infrastructure Analysis (viii) Legal and Regulatory Analysis (ix) Cultural and Historical Analysis (x) Preparation of Alternative and Comparative Analysis (xi) Evaluation of the Alternative and Comparative Analysis (xii) Selection of the preferred Alternative (xiii) Finalizing the Selected Development Plan (xiv) Preparation of Technical Report (xv) Printing of Large Format Layout Plan B. PREPARATION OF A DETAILED LAYOUT PLAN FOR IDENTIFIED AREAS WITHIN ITO OMU AND OTHER COMMUNITIES PROJECT AREA. To achieve the set objectives, there would be need to engage the services of a Town Planning Consulting Firm that would be expected to carry out the following tasks: i. Carry out a technical site visit to the project area. ii. Delineate of actual site boundaries. iii. Prepare survey details of the site boundaries including coordinates, angles and distances of coverage area for each zone. iv. Acquire satellite imagery to show existing site situation, adjoining developments, access roads and other critical features in relation to the project area. v. Carry out stakeholders consultation in order to make the plan preparation participatory. vi. Make projections for various land uses and propose suitable sites for their developments. vii. Prepare detailed layout plan for Site & Services and PSDP Schemes. viii. Prepare a Comprehensive Technical Report. 3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The Expression of Interest must be submitted in the following order: a. A covering letter summarizing content of the Expression of Interest Documents; b. Company Profile; c. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); d. Companys Audited Accounts for the years (2022; 2023 and 2024); e. The Firms general structure and detailed curriculum vitae profile/particulars of staff of the Firm or Consortium with areas of specialization; f. Evidence of similar experience in two (2) assignments in the past five years with evidence of Letters of Award and Certificate of Job Completion; g. Exact verifiable location and full address/contact; telephone numbers and Email address of the firm and authorized representative. h. In case of Joint Ventures, the company shall provide evidence of the joint ventures. i. Evidence of current registration as a Consultant with the Lagos State Government.
