The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Work And Related Activities To Build A New Recreational Area Including: -Square Of The Skatepark As A Key Element Of The Recreational Zone. -Making Furniture (Gazebo, Picnic Tables, Bike Stands, Trash Cans). -Curitory Modifications Including Landscape And Field Work (Terrain Modification, Planting New Greenery, Foundation Of Lawns). -Cutting The Drainage Of Reinforced Surfaces Through Grassed Evaporation Sprays. -Study Of Access Roads And Paved Areas (Gravel Roads, Gravel Lawn). The Construction Is Designed With Regard To Environmentally Friendly Principles And Minimizing Environmental Impact, With Local Materials And Secondary Raw Materials To Be Used. The Contract Includes All The Necessary Works, Including Preparatory (Eg Removal Of The Existing Gazebo) And Finishing (Eg Installation Of Furniture) Stages, So As To Ensure Full And Safe Operation Of The Newly Built Recreational Zone. All Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Project Documentation And Opinions Of The Concerned Authorities. The Requirements For The Minimum Standard Of Technical Solution (Technical Specifications) Are Detailed And Described In The Attached Project Documentation, Which Forms An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation - Annex Zd No. 1 Project Documentation Of The Construction. Applicants Are Obliged To Respect All Technical Requirements And Parameters Defined In This Project Documentation When Processing The Offer.
