Estimated Value Of The Order - Bgn 4 900 000 Excluding Vat. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots And Includes An Estimated Quantity For The Contract Period Of 36 (Thirty -Six) Months - 160. Award Criterion: The Criterion For The Award Of The Order In Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is The Lowest Price. First Is The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Total Value. Conditions And Place Of Delivery: The Goods On The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Transported (Supplied) By The Contractor, At His Own Expense, To His Responsibility And With His Technical Means (Resources). Delivery Will Be Carried Out Ex -Warehouses Of The Contracting Authority On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In The Cities: Sofia, Vratsa, Levski And Dupnitsa, Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Respective Delivery Order, Which Fall On The Licensing Territory Served By Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead. Contract Term: The Contract Must Be Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Its Signing By The Parties Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract, Determined In Accordance With The Offer Of The Selected Contractor, Depending On Which Of The Above Circumstances Will Occur First During The Time.
