When Fulfilling The Quoted Contract, All Data Stored In The Isc And The Level Of Cyber Security Required By The Relevant Legal Regulations Will Be Maintained; The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Subsequent Provision Of Support Services, Maintenance Of Sw And Development To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Providing Services Of Support And Development Of Is Ocs And Its Annexes. Annex 1 Of The Contracts In Question Will Only Be Processed On The Basis Of The Results Of The Negotiations On Preliminary Offers.
