Sludge Disposal Services - Settlement Of Emptying Sludge And Geotubes. Emptying 7 Sludge (Bed # 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 And 9) And 4 Geotubes (In Bed # 4) At Ølstykke Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Agreement Relates To Novafos Wastewater Egedal A/S In The Novafos Group. The Services Covered By The Contract Consist Of The Following Tasks: Excavation And Final Placement Of Sludge From Sludge And Geotubes Bed # 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 And 9 - Total Approx. 9,000 - 10,000 M3 Of Sludge. The Beds Must Be Emptied To The Surface Of The Growth Layer. Bed # 4 - A Total Of Approx. 1,200-1,400 M3 Sludge In The Four Geotubes. The Sludge Volumes To Be Excavated From The Beds Are Transported Away And Finalized Are Estimated And Must Be Expected To Be Able To Vary By +/- 35%. The Tenderer Is Not Entitled To Compensation Or Regulation Of Unit Prices If The Actual Consumption Differs From The Estimated In The Tender Documents. The Tenderer Is Paid Only For Actual Consumption. The Sludge From Ølstykke Wastewater Treatment Plants Is Expected To Meet The Requirements For Agricultural Use In Accordance With Current Legislation (A-Slam). A-Sludge Is Sludge That Complies With The Requirements For 7 Heavy Metals, 4 Environmental Substances And 22 Pfas Substances. Work Samples (Non-Accredited Sampling Have Been Taken) As All Shown A-Sludge. These Ana Lighting Reports Are Attached As Appendix 8 And Can Be Used As A Starting Point To Assess The Need For Sludge Agreements Until Final Analyzes Are Available. Accredited Samples Will Be Selected And Analyzed So That Winning Offer Gi-Ver Receives These. The Sludge Must Be Dropped From Ølstykke Wastewater Treatment Plant And Directly To The Intended Final Placement Without Re-Loading, Intermediate Deponi And The Like. Otherwise, This Must Be Included In The Tenderers Prices In The Tender List. Possibly The Use Of The Intermediate Deponi Must Be Provided To The Contracting Entity Before It Takes Place. Emptying And Final Placement Must Be Completed By September 23, 2025 In Accordance With The Schedule (Cf. Paragraph 3). Before November 1, 2025, A Written Report To The Developer Must Have Been Prepared And Submitted To The Developer On The Final Placement And The Length Of The Sludge, Which Is Sold From Ølstykke Wastewater Treatment Plant. Changes In Transport Distances Do Not Warrant A Change In Unit Prices.
