The Market Includes Three Parties: The Financing Of Investments Selected By The Contracting Authority, Via The Granting Of A Credit Opening Up To The Maximum Amount (S). Mentioned Below, With A View To Financing Investment Expenditure (Conditions: Cf. Chapter 2); Financial Assistance And Administrative Service (Conditions: See Chapter 3); Administrative, Financial And Technical Support Of The Contracting Authority, During The Duration Of The Projects (S), Below Called Technical And Financial Support Of The Project (Conditions: Cf. Chapter 4). Buildings 1. Construction Of An Accommodation Building Of 30 Beds 2. Renovation Of The Main Building The Maximum Amount To Be Financed For The Entire Market Is € 6,550,971.66. The Cost Of Construction, Including The Unforeseen Events And The Revision Is Estimated At € 4,779,351.00 To Which The Architectural Fees, The Owner And The Vat Should Be Added. This Gives Us A Total Of € 5,281,183.00. This Amount Will Be Funded Via Aviq Subsidies Up To € 1,486,592.00 As Well As A Capital Supply Of € 500,000. The Amount Remaining To Be Financed For This Project Is € 3,686,737. The Second Project Concerns The Renovation Of The Main Building, It Is Estimated At 3,285,819.00 € Including The Unexpected And The Revision, What It Is Necessary To Play The Architectural Costs And The Owner And The Vat, Which Gives Us A Total Of 3,391,532.00 € Which Will Be Financed Via An Estimated Ureba Subsidy Of € 348,296.86 €. The Balance To Be Financed Via A Loan Is 2,864,235.00 €. The Work Will Be Carried Out In 2 Successive Phases, On The One Hand The Construction Which Should Last From 18 To 24 Months And On The Other Hand The Renovation Which Should Last 12 Months Which Will Begin When Phase 1 Will Be Finished.
