1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renewal Of The Surface Of Poviat Road No. 5166E, Relations Of Aleksandrów Łódzki - Gr. Poviat (Lutomiersk) On The Section: Franciszkańskas Intersection At The Intersection Of Franciszkańska/11 November In Aleksandrów Łódzki (1+140) To The End Point Behind The Intersection With Dp 1134E In The Direction Of Lutomiersk (3+310) With A Length Of Approx. 2.170 Km. The Renewal Of The Road Surface Will Include, Among Others Arranging Additional Bituminous Layers On The Old Road With Asphalt Surface, Planimetric Milling, Translation Of The Surface Of The Downhill, Cleaning Roadside Ditches And Horizontal Marking. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Carried Out As Part Of Co -Financing From The Funds Of The Road Development Fund For 2025. 5. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz; 2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5 To Swz; 6. The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Part Of The Technical Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz - Is Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Documentation Of This Swz. Any Lack Of Works Or Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Documentation Of This Swz Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Documentation In The Contractual Price. 7. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible In A Situation If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Word Was Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8.
