12.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Including The Expansion Of Water Supply And Sewage Networks In The Lubaczów Commune - Short Sections, Including: • Part 1 - Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Szczutków, As Part Of The Task, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Application Of The Option Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Basic Scope, Construction Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: A) Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Szczutków. As Part Of The Order In The Optional Scope, Construction Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: I. Option No. 1 - Reconstruction Of Pipelines To The Wells In The Mokrzyca Suw. In The Case Of The Option, The Employer Will Provide All The Materials Necessary For The Reconstruction Of The Pipelines To The Wells In The Mokrzyca Suw. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Construction Works Necessary To Carry Out The Reconstruction Of The Pipelines In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Company Of Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Is Set Out In Annex 8 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Employer To Use The Right Option Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Options Resulting, Among Others From Obtaining Savings In The Tender Procedure And Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Landlord Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options, Depending On The Financial Possibilities. The Condition Of The Contracting Authority Launching The Right Of The Right Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Intent To Exercising The Right Of Options While Indicating The Scope Of The Option Of The Option. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Right Of Options, The Contractor Does Not Have Any Claims On This Account. In Connection With The Above, Exercising The Right Of Options, I.E. Submitting The Statement Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Period, The Employer Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Right Of The Option, Unless The Contract Processing Date Is Extended Based On The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of Annex 7.1 To Swz - The Proposed Contractual Provisions. In The Case Of This, The Deadline For Submitting A Statement On Exercising The Right Of The Option Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Deadline For Completing The Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 7 For Parts 1, 2, 3 To Swz.
