The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting And Not Produced By The Employer Of The Forecasted Amount Of Electricity. The Commissioner Provides For The Conclusion With The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected, Contracts For Resale And Balance Of Energy Generated From Renewable Energy And Not Used By The Employer, Which Will Apply Throughout The Period Of Delivery.
