This Objective Falls Within The Objectives Of The Integrated Urban Development Plan Of Baia Mare. The Main Objective Is To Provide Adequately Developed Infrastructure, Modern And Durable, Properly Maintained, Which Will Facilitate A Safe And Efficient Circulation To People And Will Lead To Performance In: Trade, Tourism And Stimulation Of The Initiative In The Area. Within The Objective Modernizing The Boulevards Of Independence And Decebal And Creating Dedicated Routes With Priority To Public Transport And Bicycle Runway, The Length Of The Proposed Sectors 3333.97 M - Independence Boulevard: 2507.30 M (Between Western Boulevard And Unirii Boulevard) - Decebal Boulevard: 826.67 M (Between Bucharest Boulevard)) The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Supervision-Registration Services Will Be Conditioned By The Signing Of The Procurement Contract, Having As Object The Execution Of The Works For The Investment Objective “Modernizing The Independence Boulevards And Decebal And Creating Dedicated Routes With Priority To Public Transport And Bicycle Run The Works Related To The Investment Objective, Are Abolished With A Retroactive Effect From The Moment Of Its Conclusion, With All The Legal Consequences Arising From This Situation.
