Tenders are invited for Supply of IT Hardware, Software & Networking Laptops, Desktop computers, Printers, UPS units, Scanners, Servers, Switches and other computer hardware items. Network equipment (Routers, Switches, and other accessories). Antivirus packages, Operating systems, Software license database and application software. The application form can be obtained from the HR & Admin Division, United Motors Lanka PLC, No: 100, Hyde Park Corner, Colombo 02, during weekdays from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. (Applications will be issued until 5:00 p.m on March 29, 2025.) A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- per main category must be deposited into the following account: Account name: United Motors Lanka PLC Account number: 1421141301 Bank: Commercial Bank, Branch 3- Foreign branch or cashier of United Motors Lanka PLC on any working date between 9.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m (on the deposit slip, please mention "Supplier Registration 2025" as the purpose of the deposit.) Applications must be submitted with the following documents, (a) A copy of business registration & company profile (b) Non-refundable payment slip (c) Evidence of at least one years experience providing relevant goods, Services or work (documentary proof required) (d) An authorization letter from the manufacturer, Sole agent or distributor (if applicable). Suppliers who fail to meet agreed-upon requirements for goods or services will not be considered for future contracts. All registered suppliers shall agree to provide a minimum one-month credit period. Although quotations will usually be called from the registered suppliers, United Motors Lanka PLC reserves the right to call for quotations from other suppliers as well.
