The Municipality Of Merchweiler Awards The Architectural Services (Object Planning) In Accordance With § 34 Hoai For The Renovation Of The Existing Primary School Zum Striedt And The Establishment Of A New Construction For The Fgts. The Present Order Includes The Basic Services Of The Aforementioned Object Planning Services Of The Following Performance Phases: Lph 1: Basic Determination (Part), Lph 2: Preliminary Planning, Lph 3: Design Planning, Lph 4: Approval Planning. The Following Services Are Optionally Allocated: Lph 5: Execution Planning, Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, Lph 7: Participation In The Award, Lph 8: Object Monitoring - Construction Monitoring And Documentation, Lph 9: Object Care. There Is A Gradual Order. On The Part Of The Contractor There Is No Legal Claim To The Commissioning Of Further Service Phases Or A Total Order. The Applicants Who Are Selected After Completing The Application Phase And Requested To Develop A Concept Idea And Submission Of A Fee Offer Is Given To The Relevant Information. As Part Of The Application Phase, There Is No Further Documents Via The Present Announcement And The Forms And Information Provided Under Subreport That Can Be Requested. Further Documents May Be Selected For Those Applicants Who Are Selected After Completing The Application Phase (Phase 1) And Asked To Submit A Sketchy Idea Concept And A Fee Offer As Well As To Participate In A Negotiation Talk (Phase 2). The Estimated Total Investment Amount Is 5,700,000 Euros Gross. Other Services To Be Awarded Are Not Part Of The Present Tender And Are Given Separately. In Parallel To The Present Advertisement, 2 Other Services Are Advertised Across Europe: 1. Sagantage Planning In Accordance With § 51 Hoai, 2. Planning Services Of The Technical Equipment In Accordance With § 55 Hoai (Hls And Elt). It Is Permissible That Applicants Apply For Several Of These Services. However, Double Applications Within The Framework Of The Present Tender For The Order To Be Awarded Object Planning Are Not Permitted. Multiple Applications Within The Framework Of The Present Advertisement Of Individual Applicants Or Individual Members Of An Applicant Community Can Lead To The Exclusion Of All Affected Offers If The Applicant, The Bidding Group Or The Affected Competing Member Companies Or Bidding Communities Do Not Succeed In Providing Evidence That The Offers In Question Were Created Completely Independently.
