Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection works for 8 Underground Stations from Light House Metro to Kodambakkam Metro including Bored Tunnel between Stations, Cut & Cover Box, U Section and Ramp (Chainage 0 -173 M To 9+949 M) for Corridor- 4 Chennai Metro Rail Project Phase II Bid Validity 180 Days from the Date of Submission of Bid 3. Bid Security Amount (EMD) a) Amount: The total bid security / EMD amount shall be equivalent to INR.1,14,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Crore Fourteen Lakhs Only) or USD $ 135,267.25 (US Dollars, One hundred thirty-five thousand two hundred sixty-seven dollars and twenty-five cents only) or EURO 129,009.47 (EURO, One hundred twenty-nine thousand nine euro and forty-seven cents only) Validity: In case of Bid security by BG, it shall be valid for 208 days i.e., upto 25 October 2025. b) Submission of Originals: Bid Security in case of BG / Demand Draft (in originals) as per clause ITB 21.1& 21.2 of BDS shall be accepted only up to 15.00 hrs on 29 March 2025 in the office of JGM (E&M) at the address mentioned hereinafter. c) In case of RTGS/NEFT transactions, bidders shall upload the scanned copies of transaction of payment at the time of online bid submission and a copy of the same shall be submitted at the office of JGM (E&M) at the address mentioned hereinafter.
