Expression of Interest for Provision of Cash Transfer Services. This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and vouchers up to a value of 7,000,000 USD to our Suppliers/Salaries of Staff and beneficiaries supported with various activities using a Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) modality. (CVA) refers to all programs where cash transfers or vouchers are directly provided to recipients.
