The Acquisition Focuses On The Renovation Of Kannelmäki Kindergarten As A Fixed -Price Overall Contract, Where The Contractor Of The Construction Engineering Work Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of The Legislation (Yse 1998). The Contractor As The Main Implementer Is Responsible For Site Management, Site Services And Occupational Safety. The Renovation Project In The Building Includes Repairing Moisture And Microbial Damage, Facades And Roof Structures, As Well As Renewing The Surface Structures And Building Technology And Kindergarten Yard. The Project Includes Demolition Work Outside The Facade And Roof. All Wall And Roof Structures And The Floor Of The First Floor Will Be Renewed Up To The Load-Bearing Structure. The Contract Time Is 11 Months. The Kindergarten Is Located On The Same Site As Kannelmäki Elementary School, Which Must Be Taken Into Account When The Renovation Is Implemented. The Environmental Requirements Have Been Discussed In More Detail In The Appendix To The Invitation To Tender. The Acquisition Document Is Made Up Of The Invitation To Tender And The Commercial And Technical Documents Attached To It. The General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Shall Be The Yse 1998 Conditions (General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract) In Other Documents In The Acquisition, With Exceptions.
