By Deliberation Of December 24, 2024, The Municipal Council Approved The Principle Of The Use Of The Delegation Of Public Service (Dsp) Passed Within The Framework Of The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities And Articles R. 3126-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Relations Between The Delegatee And The Dannecy City Will Be Governed By A Public Service Concession Contract, As Defined By Articles L. 1121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code And L. 1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Form Of The Delegation Chosen By The Delegate Is That Of Laffermage. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 5 Years, From September 1, 2025 To August 31, 2030 Inclusive
