Tenders are invited for Product Transformation Training and Guidance for the Manufacture of Processed Products (Grape Leaves, Infusions, Spices) 3. Scope of work: To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the consultant will undertake the following tasks: Conduct a total of 25 hours of practical training and guidance on the topics mentioned, organized into four-hour sessions, twice a week, to be completed over three weeks. This training will be conducted practically to ensure direct application of skills and techniques. Suggest a content related to the product transformation assignment with a scope on "Grape leaves, Spices, Infusions manufacturing". Specific herbs of focus will include thyme, oregano, chamomile, and sage. Provide guidance on the Eco-Friendly packaging for the mentioned products above. The proposed content to be discussed with the marketing specialist and the agronomist from Caritas Jerusalem. The number of attendees will be around 25 persons. The training is planned to take place in two locations in the Bethlehem govemorate, aiming to effectively group relevant attendees.
