Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Salahley Borehole through the Construction of 40cum Elevated Water Tank, One Water Kiosks, Two Animal Troughs and Pipeline Extension in Salahley, Maroodijeh 2. Language: As determined by ALIGHT, the working language of this tender is English. Other languages will not be accepted. 3. Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows: a) BOQ/Quote should be stamped & signed and envelop should be sealed with the reference and must stamped. b) Valid Registration certificates from Somaliland Government c) Tax Clearance Certificate d) Good track-record and references from previous clients (At least three references from the Contractor applying for Tender with verifiable telephone contacts and emails). e) Relevant Experience (Similar experience with proof of signed contract & Submission of POs). The contract must be fully executed by both parties and should clearly specify the contract value along with a detailed description of the services provided. The minimum contract value should be $ 70,000; contracts with lower values will not be considered technically compliant. Only contracts or purchase orders (POs) and commitments that are no older than seven years will be eligible for consideration A minimum of three original contracts is required for eligibility in this bidding process. f) Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity (Original Bank statement from Feb 2024 March 2025.) An original bank statement covering the specified duration is required. Color-printed bank statements will not be accepted. Black-and-white bank statements will not be considered. g) Detailed Company Profile h) Resume of Lead Engineers i) Work plan - Weekly based j) Guarantee Period k) Mode of Payment: The selected vendor will receive payment for services rendered only after the contract is 100% completed and confirmed by an Alight representative. No partial payments will be made at any stage of the contract l) All bids should be written in English. m) Partial Documents will not be accepted. n) Bidders are permitted to submit a bid for only one lot.
