1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Poviat Roads In The Nowosolski Poviat, Consisting In The Renovation Of The Bituminous Pavement Of Poviat Roads With Emulsion And Grits. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed Based On The Contract, This Description And The Orders Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform On His Own And At His Own Expense Of Marking The Works, Agreed With The Road Administrator And The Relevant Police Commander And Approved In The Traffic Managing Bodies (For Poviat Roads He Is The Poviat Staroste). 14. The Contractor To Know And Apply All Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Mrs. Road Traffic During The Works.
