In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That In Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. According To Art. 101 Paragraph 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Be Required To Provide The Ordering Party With An Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of A Bill Of Quantities.
