1.1 As-Built Documentation,- Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,- Preparation Of The Land Development Project,- Development Of The Bioz Safety And Health Protection Plan,- Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Road Based On The Developed Documentation By The Contractor, And Approved By The Ordering Party,- Developing Geodetic Documentation As Well As The As-To The Ordering Party Set Of Documents To Obtain A Permit To Use The Object If Required. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: A) Functional And Utility Program With Attachments (Add-On No. 3 To Swz), B) Proposed Contractual Provisions (Add-On No. 4 To Swz),- Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation. 1.3. The Employer Will Require The Selected Submission To The Selected Contractor, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Material And Financial Schedule Of The Contract. 1.4. For The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee And Warranty For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months From The Day Of The Day After The Day Of The Protocol Collection Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 1.5. In The Warranty Period, The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate In Each Call Of The Ordering Party And With His Participation In Warranty Inspections And To Immediately Proceed To Removing The Defects Found, Within Not More Than 14 Days From Their Finding And Delivery Of The Contractor Of The Call To Remove Them. 1.6. The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In The Manner Referred To In Article 99 (5) Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated, And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Were Not Given, He Should Ask The Employer To Indicate Which Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence. 1.7. If The Documentation Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product. 1.8.
