1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Three Public Administration Buildings Together With The Development Of The Area Around Them. Objects Subject To Proceedings Are Located In The Very Center Of The City At Marshal Józef Piłsudski Square 4. On All (3) Floors, The Premises Of The Administration Of The City Hall Of Rawa Mazowiecka Will Be Located. As Part Of The Task, It Should Be Done, Among Others, Thermal Insulation At The Roof Level;- Demolition And Disassembly Works;- General Construction Works;- Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery- Facade Works;- Reconstruction Of The Water And Sewage System;- Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation;- Works Covering The New Development Of The Plot. A Tenement House On The 1St Floor In The Service Premises 1.01 Will Be Conducted Ongoing Business (Dentist). It Will Be Necessary To Provide Constant Access For Employees And Patients And Access To Necessary Media (Electricity, Water, Co.). Note No. 2W Of The Existing Room 0.07 (According To Inventory) During The Construction Of The Current Activity Of The City Guard Will Be Conducted. The Construction Process Should Be Organized In Such A Way As To Allow Access To The Room And The Media For Guard Employees.
