1. Subject Of The Contract.1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Mining Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Works) In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Hauer Under The Distance From The Intersection With The Addition To The Longitudes, Before The Intersection With The Transverse August, To The Intersection With The Transverse Geramb Inclusive. 1.2. The Purpose Of Mining Works Is To Rebuild The Fragment Of The Main Function Excavation At Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine With A Length Of About 300 M, Leading To The East, And Adapt Its Dimensions To The Conditions Enabling Mechanical Transport. 2. The Scope Of Work Under Mining Works. As Part Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Square (Region) Of Works, 2) Prepare The Technology Of Performing Works, 3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 4) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Perform Mining Works, 5) Provide Persons With Appropriate Permissions And Qualifications To Supervise Mining Works, 6) Metering Service, 7) Carry Out Mining Works. 3. Technology Of Performing Works3.1 Before Starting Works In The Underground Excavations Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Plant, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Technology Of Their Performance, Its Agreement With Services Subordinate To The Mining Manager Of The Mining Salt Mine Wieliczka (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), And Then, After Agreeing, Its Submission To The Appointment. The Technology Should Be Consistent With The Krzg Ordinance No. Ksw/Z/Krzg/42/2018 Of 24 April 2018, Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract Template. 3.2 The Technology Should Be Developed In Writing In Three Copies And One Copy In Electronic Form And Submitted For Approval Within 21 Days From The Date Of The Contract.
